Youth and Education Center
The National H.B.P.A. is committed to inspiring, nurturing, and educating the
next generation of Thoroughbred owners and breeders. By creating excitement and
appreciation for the breed, it's our goal to strengthen the industry and solidify the role of
the horseman in our economy and our culture.

Groom Elite Program

The Groom Elite Program is the Texas Horsemen's Partnership's groundbreaking
program consisting of a ten-week course covering 30 topics designed to teach stable
area employees horse handling skills and to insure that they are competent and
knowledgeable in equine care. |

The Race For Education
 |
The Race for Education is a national education scholarship foundation
funded by various parties related to or with an interest in the Thoroughbred
racing industry. It is a non-profit 501-C 3 organization established
to improve the quality of life for farm and track workers through education,
attract younger, better educated individuals to careers in the Thoroughbred
industry and help establish the racing industry as a good citizen in
the community.

University of Arizona RTIP

The Race Track Industry Program (RTIP), established in 1973 at the University of Arizona, offers both a Bachelors and Masters degree program designed for people interested in pursuing a career the pari-mutuel racing industry. Depending on their specific area of interest, students choose either a Business or Animal Management emphasis curriculum designed to prepare them for a successful career. Many of the "Who's Who" in racing today are RTIP alumni. |

The mission of the North American Racing Academy is to develop and operate a world-class
racing school that will provide students with the education, training and experience
needed to become skilled in the art of race riding, proficient in the care and management
of racehorses, and knowledgeable about the workings of the racing industry as a whole.
