Join us for the 2025 National HBPA Annual Conference at Safety Harbor on February 24-26 with the Full Board meeting on February 27. Our hosts have been busy ensuring everyone will have a good time. The conference will take place at the Safety Harbor Resort and Spa located at 105 N. Bayshore Drive, Safety Harbor, Fl 34695 and racing will take place at Tampa Bay Downs.
The conference registration deadline is February 10.

Airport Information
St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) – Approximately 7 miles to conference hotel
Tampa International Airport (TPA) – Approximately 15 miles to conference hotel
Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) – Approximately 50 miles to conference hotel
Hotel Reservations
Rate: $259/night and up
The cut-off date for hotel reservations was Monday, January 20, 2025.
Ground Transportation
Taxi Service
Approximately $25 from PIE airport and $50 from the TPA airport using taxi, Uber, Lyft or similar services.
Car Rentals
Please make reservations in advance so that the airport has enough cars. We do not have a national discount agreement at this time.
Hotel Parking
Limited free parking is available at the hotel. Valet parking is $15 per night.
Other Transportation
We will provide bus transportation to Tampa Bay Downs for the afternoon at the races.
