2026 National HBPA Conference
We invite you to join us in Hot Springs, Arkansas, for the 2026 National HBPA Conference at Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort.
The meeting, racing, and hotel will all be located at Oaklawn for your convenience. We will kick off the conference with our Cocktail Reception on Tuesday, March 3, and will conclude with live racing on Friday, March 6. Our Full Board will meet the morning of Saturday, March 7. A full agenda and more conference information will be posted on this page soon. Hotel and travel information is posted below.
The conference registration deadline is February 18.

Little Rock Clinton National Airport (LIT) – Approximately 55 miles to Oaklawn
Hotel Reservations
Rate: $180-200/night and up
Hotel reservations are open by calling 501.363.4625 and using booking ID# BKG1420 or the National HBPA Annual Conference Room Block.
The cut-off date for hotel reservations is Wednesday, February 4, 2026.
Ground Transportation
Taxi Service
Taxi and Uber/Lyft rates from the Little Rock airport to Oaklawn vary but range from approximately $80-$120. Various private shuttle services may also be available.
Car Rentals
Please make reservations in advance so that the airport has enough cars. We do not have a national discount agreement at this time.
Hotel Parking
Self-parking at the Oaklawn is free on non-race days and $5 on race days. Valet parking is $20 per day.
