The results of the Kentucky Horsemen’s Benevolent and Protective Association (KHBPA) election are as follows:

At a recently held Board of Directors meeting, Rick Hiles was, once again, unanimously elected by the new board as the President of the KHBPA.

Frank Jones was elected as the First Vice President a position he has held for several years and Dale Romans was elected as the Second Vice President.

Travis Foley and Mark Bacon were elected for their first term as KHBPA Directors. They replaced

Dr. Randy Sheen and Pete Salmen neither of who ran back for office. John Hancock replaced Rick Hiles as a KHBPA Director when Rick assumed the position of President of KHBPA.
