Thank You, Horsemen! Join Us in Advocating Racehorse Testing Based on Common Sense, Science, and No-Effect Thresholds

We asked horsemen to join us demanding racehorse testing policies that incorporate common sense and science. We asked you to raise your voice to insist that HISA/HIWU utilize established research and qualified veterinary scientists to set allowable thresholds below which substances have no pharmacological effect on racehorses.

More than 1,430 of you from around the country signed our petition (which you can still sign at this link), saying you want clean racing but that’s not aided by the current “gotcha” chemistry that unfairly devastates horsemen’s reputations and finances for something beyond their control.

See who has joined us in speaking up for meaningful change when it comes to adverse analytical findings (a positive test) caused by inadvertent transfers of substances at micro levels that have no impact on a horse’s performance.
