TRPB Announces 2023 Cost for Digital Tattoo Certification

The Thoroughbred Racing Protective Bureau (TRPB) would like to advise horsemen that effective January 1, 2023, the cost of TRPB Digital Tattoo Certification will be set to US $100 or CA $125 plus applicable tax.

The TRPB’s core objective of the horse identification program is to provide a safe and secure means of equine identification at the racetrack on a timely and professional basis. The Digital Tattoo program launched in 2020 and has already proven to be a major success.
